Priya Shine is a well-known Malayalam Director, actress, and public speaker. Priya Shine is from Ernakulam,Kerala. Priya Shine has done a B.sc and MA in Malayalam literature. Priya Shine is known for her multi-talented skills as she directs short films with her script and acts in her short films. Because of her multi-talented skills, Priya won APJ Abdul Kalam Kalasree Puraskar Award. Despite not having prior knowledge in acting and directing, with passion, Priya gave many inspiring short films and documentaries. In 2016, she worked on the film 2 Penkuttikal. The film 2 Penkuttikal was on the social issue of how women face things in society. This film got nominated for the Hamburg National Festival.

In 2018, her second film Vahni was released based on a social cause for women battling against society while doing their job to feed their children. Her dedication, passion, and love for her work set her as an inspiration for many people. Her dream is to make a film on Gurudevan's life from life to Samadhi, and she is working on this film.
