He lives in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Harish was born on the 10th of September, 1985 to the couple Kesavalu K. and Rajamani K. He also has a sister named Kommi Ramya. In 2017, Harish married Sunanda Harish and had a child named Raaga Suharshi. Harish completed his schooling from Gandhi Nagar Higher Secondary School, Bangalore and Little Flower Public School, Bangalore. He completed his higher education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Visvesvaraya Technological University; Seshadripuram Composite P.U. College, Bangalore, Karnataka and Bachelor in Engineering from Don Bosco Institute Of Technology, Bangalore. Harish joined Flash Frame Visuals Academy, Bangalore, as a trainee and then joined the Kannada film industry as an editor.
