Kuldeep Cariappa is a filmmaker, director and screenplay writer from Karnataka with seven years of experience. He has worked under Hippo and Kiddo Motion Pictures Pvt. as an independent director. He made a documentary film, Unseen, that he directed and co-wrote. The film is based on the COVID-19 situation in states like Maharashtra, Kashmir, Karnataka, Delhi, and Assam. The short film Unseen has received ten international and Indian awards and recognitions. In 2021, he also released a short film, Affair.
The jury and audiences praised the film, and it won the Honorable Jury Mention award in the professional category at the 5th Indian World Film Festival- -21. The film had its official screening at the White Wall Film Festival. With the beginning of the new year 2024, Kuldeep Cariappa will be releasing his new film project, a directorial feature film- “Nodidavru Enantare.”
