M.N. Jayanth is an Indian film director and writer well known for his outstanding work in the Kannada film industry. He was born on the 8th of March in Bangalore, India. He started his career in the year 2000 with Munnudi as an actor and associate director. Besides being his first work, Munnudi was highly appreciated because of its delivered message. It focused on the social issue of Shariat’s misuse and the manipulation of the testaments on "Nikaah" and "Talaaq".
