Due to his versatile personality, he refuses to restrict himself to a particular field; he likes to explore several facets of the film and television industry, that’s why he has done several roles as an actor, director, anchor, and theatre personality. He is also the co-founder of 'Nammane Productions.' This production house was founded by Kulkarni and a few of his close friends, who work as a team. 

Speaking of his father, Sourabh Kulkarni, in an interview with Decan Herald, explained that his father was his biggest inspiration in becoming the artist he is today; he grew up watching his father act that's when the passion for acting fostered within him. His role as Sri Raghavendra Swamy in the Serial ‘Guru Raghavendra Vaibhava’ gained widespread recognition. His acting career dates back to him starting as a child artist when he was just 7. Besides acting, direction, anchoring, and theatre, Kulkarni enjoys playing Tabala. He made his debut as a director in the movie Siri Lambodara Vivaha starring Disha Ramesh and Anjan Bharadwaj. He has also acted in the popular serial named 'Paapa Pandu.'
