, is a film director. He studied for a Bachelor of Education in Business at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) of the University of Toronto. He did BBA Honours at Wilfrid Laurier University. He studied for a Master of Business Administration in International Business at the Schulich School of Business, New York University. He studied for a Creative Writing Diploma at Humber College. He collaborated with his brother for the debut film, Amal, based on one of his short stories. This film won more than 30 international awards. Shaun and his brother received a nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay at the 29th Genie Awards.
He has been a part-time Secondary School Teacher at the York Region District School Board in Vaughan, Ontario, since January 2006. He has been an author since January 2000 and has written several books and screenplays. He is skilled in Scriptwriting, Fiction Writing, Literary Writing, Copy Editing, and Teaching. His works include two novels, Divya's Dharma (2004) and The Seven Vows (2017), a trilogy titled Illuminated Shadows (2014-16), a short story titled A Slice of Life (2005), and two children's books, Shiloh's Forever Family (2020) and Shiloh's Sleepy Time (2021).
