Imtiaz Hussain is an Indian actor, producer, lyricist and writer who writes screenplays and dialogues for the Bollywood film industry. He was born in Ambur in the Vellore District of Tamil Nadu. He is known for the Hindi movies Parinda and Is Raat Ki Subah Nahin. Imtiaz wrote the dialogues for the Bollywood blockbuster Parinda directed and written by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

Imtiaz played a supporting role in the Urdu film Dayar-E-Medina directed by A. Shamsheer. The devotional film hit the cinema halls on 10th July 1975. Imtiaz was the member of Jury of the Navi Mumbai International Film Festival in 2014. He was also a member of the jury for the Banjara International Film Festival in 2015. This festival was the second edition of the rebranded Navi Mumbai International Film Festival. Imtiaz produced the thriller flick Gumnaam Hai Koi directed by K. I. Sheikh in 2001.

Imtiaz won a Zee Cine Award and a Maharashtra Gaurav Award. He won an award at the Ambarnath Marathi Film Festival held in Ambarnath in Maharashtra from 30th October 2015 till 2nd November 2015. He was nominated for The Screen Weekly Award for the Best Dialogue for Astitva in 2001.
