Purnima Joshi is a Hindi TV actor, whose work is tremendous in the television industry. She's been a part of TV serials, and due to that, she received a lot of fame. Ms. Purnima is very hardworking and dedicated and also takes her work seriously. After completing her studies, she didn't pursue acting, but after some time she decided to start her career in the Bollywood.

When she entered into the industry, she got an opportunity to work on a soap opera called Astitva Ek Prem Kahani. She received a lot of recognition from the Indian audiences and critics. The story is a love story and tells a story about a women named Dr. Simran. She worked in a hospital and embodied consistency, patience, and suppression in a very subtle manner. The TV show also received many national awards; in the year 2005 it won 2nd Apsara Awards for Best drama series, best actors and also best actress Awards. Afterward, in Indian Television Academy Awards it won Best Actor (Drama) and Best Teleplay. Ms. Purnima Joshi received much recognition from the people, and her acting was tremendous. She considered herself as a workaholic, and she is also a perfectionist. Ms. Purnima in an interview once said that she cannot stand people who are sloth in nature. Moreover, she loved her time when she worked for Astitva Ek Prem Kahani. She is currently living in Mumbai situated in India.
