Rajeev Paul is a prominent Indian Television artist, and he is famous for his role in daily soaps and reality shows. He was born and brought up in Ajmer and belongs from an army background. Some of his most admired roles have been: his entry in the Big Boss house in Season 6, and his role in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki. He is also known for playing intense characters in serials such as Swabhimaan, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and showcasing his dancing capabilities in the dance reality serial Nach Baliye. He has a love of writing and has published a poetry book in Hindi named Mumbai Mohabbat Aur Tanhai. Legendary director gave him a break in his serial Swabhimaan. Rajeev is adept at negative characters, and he reached a milestone of his career when asked him to play a character in her leading television soap, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii.

He was evacuated from the Big Boss house in 96 days, just before the grand finale and was a powerful contestant of the reality show. He is also popular for being a contestant on the popular dance show Nach Baliye, where he partnered with his ex-wife . Rajeev has shared a difficult relation with Delnaaz Irani, and the couple has been often public about their differences, they have often said things about each other to the media and have faced difficult times together. However, after a period both decided to separate. Rajeev recently split with his girlfriend Kavita Sarin, as the two met a year back and were engaged, however their relation did not work. Rajeev announced his decision to split on social media networking site Facebook, where he wrote on his page, that the relationship did not work out, and somethings are not meant to be. He wished Kavita all the best for her future and said he wished her luck and happiness.
