The sequel was announced in the August of 2017 after the first installment of the series was enjoyed by the audiences. His work, till now, has been mainly in the Punjabi movies which are a growing industry with a lot of scope and opportunity. His screenwriting is crisp and relatable to the youth of today, and the Bollywood industry needs more writers to match the thoughts and scenarios of the youngsters in this country. Although his work has been mainly associated with Smeep Kang, he has finally entered into story writing with Vaisakhi List which promises more from him in the coming years.

His acting in Prague also shows that he is an all-around artist who can not only handle himself well behind the scenes but can also perform on the screen. He is also passionate about cricket and keeps himself aware of his surroundings which is important for a writer.
