Sandeep started his career as a journalist in 2001. Here, he writes columns and articles for Bombay Times and Navbharat Times. During this time, Times Group started its radio channel Radio Mirchi, in which Sandeep got a chance to become a show producer. Later, he was appointed the head of entertainment at Radio Mirchi and launched many shows.

In 2011, he started working as CEO of Bhansali Productions Company. In 2015, he introduced himself as an independent producer and founded a film production company named Legend Studios. Sandeep Singh is a well-known Indian film producer, director, and writer. He was born on 2 nd September 1981 in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. In 2001, Sandeep began his career with Times Group as an entertainment journalist and wrote columns and articles for both Bombay Times and Navbharat Times. Around the same period, Sandeep received his first career break as a show producer when The Times Group launched Radio Mirchi, their radio station. In 2005, he became the chief of entertainment at Radio City, where he established multiple shows. In 2007, he became the head of national entertainment at BIG FM. With SOL Entertainment, he produced Dancing Queen, his first independent show for the Colours channel in 2008. In 2011, he became the CEO of Bhansali Productions, the production company owned by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

He began his career in the film industry as an associate producer. He later became a co-producer on the films Rowdy Rathore (2012), Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi (2012), Ram Leela (2013), Mary Kom (2014), Gabbar Is Back (2015) and the TV series Saraswatichandra (2013-2014) on Star Plus. He made his debut as an independent producer in 2015 with highly regarded movies like Aligarh (2016), Sarbjit (2016), Bhoomi (2017), PM Narendra Modi (2019), and Jhund (2022). He made his directorial debut with a Hindi drama film “Safed” in 2023. In 2024, he produced two biographical films Main Atal Hoon and Swatantra Veer Savarkar. Currently, he is also producing a film called White, which is a women-centric film.
