Anindita Ghosh is a prestigious multitalented Indian actor, director, singer, dancer, entrepreneur, and writer from Singapore. She was a banker at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore before she entered into the film industry. She is also the co-founder and COO at Apexpert Strategic Management Consultancy and the founder and CEO at Arclight Production Singapore. She is usually called by the name Andy. She turned into a successful entrepreneur from a banker. She is married and gave birth to a son which was a turning point in her life when she joined the film industry.

Her company ArcLight Production produces multinational arts events like the famous Timeless Tales Family Theatre Festival, Rhythm International Dance Festival, commercial advertisements, and web series/TV Shows. The main factor of her production is that they produce multicultural shows that bring many cultures together, like the Rhythm International Dance festival, which showcased dances of 10 different cultures like Korean pop, Arabian Belly Dance, Spanish Flamenco, American Burlesque, Indian and other classical forms of dance, and at Timeless Tales Theatre Festival, they have 60 artists of 16 nationalities in each of 5 houseful shows.

Her journey began in the acting industry after she auditioned in a film and got to play a part in Singapore's biggest-budget film which was government-funded for the Singapore International Festival of Arts, which was made by one of the most prominent Singapore filmmakers. Since then she has been acting, dancing, and writing for several commercial theatre, dance, and films.
