Having worked for the Oberoi group for more than ten years and serving as Executive Dessert Chef for Marriot hotels across the nation, he was also instrumental in the transformation of the dessert departments of well-known hotel chains during this time.
Chef Bagul is a well-known perfectionist who adheres to tradition by favoring traditional European tastes like caramel, hazelnut, and vanilla.
