Pankaj Dubey is an Indian author born on 28th July; 1978 in Ranchi, Bihar (Jharkhand). He completed his Bachelor’s degree in History Honors at Delhi University in 1999. He received bachelor of laws from the university from a period, time of 1999 to 2002 and further a master’s degree, in Applied Communications at Coventry School of Art and Design, England in 2003. In his initial days of journalism, he worked for the BBC World Service in London and TV Today Group in New Delhi as a presenter. He produced Geelee and Naach Ganesh under Sadak Chhaap films and has produced more than 45 films curated across India.
He is a writer of famous novels like What a Loser, which got released both in Hindi and English and which claimed as the bestsellers according to Neilsen’s Bestseller List, and Ishqiyapa, which was published by Penguin Books in 2015, Love Curry, and Trending in Love. He was awarded the Youth Icon Award for Social Entrepreneurship in 2010, the Best Hindi Fiction Award in 2002, the Creative leadership Award in 2016, and the Global Innoventure Award in 2018.
