Plot

The story is set based on a typical Bollywood trope. A boy meets a girl and they fall in love. Pankaj moves from India to the US to study. He wants to meet his American dream girl there. But his Indian family and a troublemaker American cousin comes in the way of his dream. The story continues as he tries to find his dream girl.  After lots of adventurous, entertaining and erotic mishaps, he finally meets the woman of his dreams. Love and lust get tangled up in his search. A lot of family dramas go on in between. Their cultural differences sometimes add a little comic relief to the plot. The messed-up condition of Pankaj with his ever-intruding family and relatives evokes sympathy and laughter in the audience. Going through all this, they come across their differences and similarities. They realize they also must deal with their relatives who cannot sit still. Will they be able to overcome their problems together and be happy? What will it take to find the true love? Will Pankaj’s adventures cost him the girl, or will he find true love? It forms the climax of the plot. The story progresses and the audience gets their answers.

Star performance

Pankaj and Zoe are exceptional in their respective characters. They play their roles well. Pankaj portrays the role of the energetic student perfectly. He efficiently depicts Arjun’s fear, problems, and humor through his acting. The supporting actors are also suitable in their roles. The casting director and general director did an excellent job in casting these actors in the roles ideal for them.

Analysis

As Pankaj goes on his search for his dream girl, the drama elements start developing in the plot. The director is known for his romantic, comedic movies. This film is another of that kind. He excellently depicts the American dream of a young boy who visits the US for the first time, in this movie. He is looking for his true love. He believes he will find his dream girl in America. It is very common for an Indian Family to meddle in all matters. Pankaj's relatives do not leave a chance to meddle in his life which creates further problems. It brings the comic elements in the movie. The misunderstandings between each other adds the comic element to the film. The witty dialogues further serve as a comic relief. It is praiseworthy for the scriptwriter to write the perfect dialogues and scenes. It combines drama, comedy, and romance together. The flow of the movie is maintained and it doesn’t get boring. The music is also suitable for the film. The cinematographer did an outstanding job capturing the beautiful landscapes of the US. It becomes a plus point for the movie. The problems in the lovers’ lives make the audience emotional. Sometimes, Arjun’s Awkward situations evoke laughter too. The song “Kab Hoga re Milan” by Shekhar Hemnani and Ashutosh Kandpal is beautiful. It brings out the real emotions of the characters. The chemistry between Pankaj and Zoe is great. As the result, the romantic scenes are beautiful. The direction is on point. Therefore, this is a fantastic film.

This film shows a young man’s dream of true love. He makes efforts to achieve his dream throughout the movie. It also contains pleasing scenery and laughter scenes that keeps the audience hooked. This movie will not disappoint the audience. In conclusion, Love Pyar Whatever is a good movie to watch.
