Suchismita Das is a talented Hindustani classical vocalist of Indian origin. She embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of 4. Her passion for classical music led her to pursue rigorous training under the guidance of Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty. Additionally, she had the privilege of being a scholar at the prestigious Sangeet Research Academy in Kolkata, further refining her skills. She had the privilege of lending her voice to composer Thomas Newman's score for the film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (2011). Her versatility extends beyond her classical prowess. She has also showcased her hosting skills as the anchor of Zee Bangla's popular show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. Additionally, she garnered national recognition for her mesmerizing rendition of A.R. Rahman's Jagao Mere Des Ko during Season 3 of MTV Coke Studio.
