Roddur Roy is a Bengali singer born in Ramnagar and graduated from the University of Ramnagar. His real name is Anirban Roy. He worked for an IT Company in Noida. He started his YouTube channel in 2010. He sang Rabindranath Tagore songs with an unusual instrument like the organic flute.
Apart from singing, he is also a novelist and poet. He penned books like And Stella Turns a mom, Moxa Kobita and Porom Kaorha Kabyo Grontho. He is famous for his unconventional approach and outspoken nature. He is also a social activist who supports afforestation. He calls himself Moksa.
