Pandit tushar dutta is a Hindustani classical music vocalist. He was born on 18th August 1969 in Bangladesh. He then joined the ITC sangeet research academy in 1983. He combined two music styles called kirana and agra gharana into a unique music style of his own. He worked as a top-grade vocalist in All India Radio and Doordarshan India. He has performed at many prestigious events and conferences all over India. In the all-India university competition in Banaras, he received the first position.

He also holds the title of "Surmani” from Sur Sringar Samsad of Mumbai. He has been awarded a national scholarship from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. He also bagged two awards in the 4th Mirchi music awards Bangla for the Bengali film Pendulum.
