Mitaa Pal, an Executive Producer and Censor Script Writer, was born in Kolkata, West Bengal. She completed her B.Com at the University of Calcutta. Mitaa Pal started her career as a Coordinator cum Accountant in television production. After that, she worked as an Office Administrator for the production house and managed feature films, ad films, corporate documentaries, and TV serials. She has been active in the Bengali Film Industry since the year 2000. She debuted as an Executive Producer of the movie Antaraal (2013).
She has worked as an Executive Producer for the films Angshumaner Chhobi (2009), Takhan Teish (2010), Rupkatha Noy (2013), Villain (2013), Take One (2014), Sajarur Kanta (2015), Mayurakashi (2017), Robibaar (2019), Binisutoy: Without Strings (2020), Abbar Kanchanjangha (2022), Shesh Pata (2023), and Natoker Mato: Like a Play (2015). She has also been the Censor Scriptwriter of 46 feature films, 12 documentaries, and four telefilms. She is known for her work in Abby Sen (2015), Ek Phaali Rodh (2014), and 72 Ghanta (2021).
