Rajeswari Vaidyanathan is a professional dance athlete and choreographer for Bollywood and international blockbusters. She is a TEDx speaker, trainer, performer, and choreographer of international Latin ballroom dance forms. She is the proud founder of VR Dancesport, a premier dance academy in India that provides international-level social and competitive training.

She hails from Kolkata. She has done her post-graduation from ICFAI Business School and English Honours from Loreto College under Kolkata University. She rose quickly to the top of her career as a corporate banker. She was a senior vice president at Yes Bank. She has also worked at ICICI Bank, Citibank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. A decade later, she would quit her career in banking at the pinnacle of success to pursue her newfound love for dance sports. She learned dancesport seriously with top mentors on the international circuit and represented India in many international dancesport championships.

Rajeswari was able to secure the gold medal in the Thailand Open Championship and also obtained the silver medal in the Taipei Open Championship, representing India. She has also brought the World Dance Council to India and hosted the largest national-level Latin ballroom dance championship in India in 2015–2017. In 2018, she became the Indian Ambassador to Freedom to Dance, UK. She provides international-level training in various dance forms like salsa, bachata, chacha, jive, samba, Argentine tango, rumba, and waltz.
