Khairul Basar is an actor born in Kishoreganj, Bangladesh. He had a keen interest in music since childhood. For achieving this, he moved to the city to study music at the University of Dhaka, where he started engaging himself in various campus-based co- curricular activities, mostly leaning toward theatre and stage performances. He started his acting career after being inspired by a mime performance by Mir Lokman, with whom he formed an organization called Dhaka University Mime Action.

He was also featured in the popular fiction series “Close-up Kache Ashar Golpo” namely “Tomar Pashe Hatte Diyo” and “Ekdin Brishtyte Bikele”, both directed by Anam Biswas.
