Apratim Chatterjee is a Bengali actor who mainly works in Bengali and Hindi cinemas and shows. Apratim is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate. Then he started prepared for Chartered Accountancy and cleared his first CPT exam, where he used to start playing shows and theatre dramas. He began his acting journey with a group named Theatrician in 2009 in one of the productions called God, played in Kala Mandir in Kolkata. He was in theatre productions like 12 Angry Jurors, The Comedy Kitchen, and GuGaBaBa. He has performed shows in cities like Canvas Laugh Club, NCPA Tata Theatre, Sophia Bhabha Auditorium in Mumbai, Akshara in Delhi, and The Jagruti Theater in Bangalore.
He worked as an Assistant Director on a Bengali film in 2012 called Hoi Choi. He also started acting for several web series like Boss: Dead/Alive. Dupur Thakurpo is one of the web series he played as the main character. He worked in the Hindi feature film Begum Jann, directed by Srijith Mukherji. It was his first feature film. He has worked in the web series The Judgement Day on Zee5. He worked for several short films like Midnight Mirror on Hotstar. He got his first recognition for the serial
