Well, Chiranjeevi Sarja is fresh with the success of Aatagara. And he has indeed wisely chosen a good script for his next movie Ram Leela; it has all the ingredients to give Chiranjeevi a hit.
Ram Leela is the official remake of the Telugu blockbuster Loukyam. Well, Loukyam had taken inspiration from various films in Hindi and other regional languages. Ram Leela has undergone certain changes to cater to the tasted of the Kannada audience. Ram Leela is a comedy fare all the way and will surely tickle your humor bones.
Chiranjeevi kidnaps a bride only to get her married to her beau. Well, to add to the interest, the girl happens to be the sister of a renowned Don. Chiru seeks refuge in Bengaluru wherein he is smitten by the love of Amulya. Aha! Amulya is another sister of the Don. There is also the story of the Don trying his best to catch Chiru. Well, will Chiru escape from the Don? Will he marry Amulya? Watch the movie to find out.
Chiranjeevi Sarja's and Amulya’s chemistry is rocking in this film, and they look good in the songs. Chiranjeevi fits the bill perfectly, and his tryst with comedy is really appealing. Amulya shows signs of promise by proving her acting prowess in each film. Experienced actors like Ravishankar Gowda, who appear in cameo roles, add luster to the movie. Urvashi and Chikkana have also done a neat job.
1. Director Vijay Krishna should be appreciated for maintaining a steady pace of the film.
2. The main highlight of the movie is that it doesn’t have vulgarity and is a clean family entertainer.
3. The production values are excellent, and Soundarya Rajesh should be applauded for that.
4. The comedy of Sadhu Kokila and Ranghayana Raghu is outstanding.
It’s a remake, accepted, but that’s not a major issue at all. It has a flavor of its own.
