Amma I Love You is an emotional flick directed by KM Chaitanya. This is the remake of the Tamil super hit film, “ Pichaikkaran,” featuring the music director turned actor Vijay Antony. Chiranjeevi Sarja plays the lead role and Nishvika Naidu is the female lead in Amma I Love You. “ Sithara” plays a pivotal role in the film. Prakash Belawadi, “Biradar,” “ Chikkanna” and Ravi Kale are also in the star cast. Dwarakish Chitra banner is the producer. The music composition is by Guru Kiran and the lyrics are by Ghouse Peer.

Sidharth is a business magnate, who not only concentrates on the textile business run by his mother but always loves and shares a good bonding with her. When their life had been smooth, the mother and son had to face some complexities. In a particular situation, Sidharth is forced to lead a beggar’s life and his mother doesn’t know about this. Why did the multi-millionaire Sidharth disguise as a beggar? Did his mom find it out? Watch the film in theaters!

Star Performance

Chiranjeevi Sarja had shaped him to the role, well. In the emotional scenes, Chiru had done his best. Sithara, who plays Chiru’s mom, has done justice to her role. The newbie Nishvika attracts the audiences by her cute look and nice performance. Prakash played the negative role, perfectly The other stars have done what they are asked for.

This is Chaitanya’s next successful outing with Yogish Dwarakish and Chiru. We can say that Chaitanya has fulfilled the expectations of the audiences. The music, cinematography and all the technical works are good. Yogish didn’t leave any stone unturned with his production.

What’s There?

  • Performance of the stars is neat
  • Screenplay and execution are good
  • Songs and the BGM receive appreciation

What’s Not There?

  • At times, the sentimental scenes seem to be a bit exaggerated

The film is a feel good one for the people, who love to watch the emotional films including the family sentiment. We couldn’t say it as a Chiranjeevi Sarja movie, as it doesn’t have much action sequences. However, we could say that Amma I Love You is one of the best performances of Chiru in his career, so far.
