Rishab Shetty Announces Kantara Prequel!

“Kantara,” one of the unexpected Pan-Indian hit films of 2022, was scripted and directed by Rishab Shetty. Vijay Kiragandur produced the film under the Hombale Films banner. The film, that featured Rishab Shetty, Sapthami Gowda, Kishore, Achyuth Kumar, Pramod Shetty, Manasi Sudhir, and Prakash Thuminad in prominent roles, managed to pull the audience nationwide.

“Aravind S Kashyap” was lauded for his incredible visuals and for taking the audience inside the woods with the natural color tones. The music by “B Ajaneesh Loknath,” was impressive, though it attracted a plagiarism issue with regard to a climax song. The film is said to have collected Rs 400+ crores, and it is a massive collection for a budget of Rs 16 crore. The latest report is that Rishab Shetty announced a prequel to the film. He said that many people asked him for a sequel, but they will make a prequel with an engaging plot. Let’s wait for the cast and crew announcement.
