Divya Rao

Divya Rao is a television actress who has worked in Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu films. She was born on 3 December 1997, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. She also won the crown of Miss South India in 2016. After which, she got her first movie, 9 Hilton House, which was released in 2017. It's a horror film. She has also participated in the Kerala fashion league. Since her childhood days, Divya Rao has always been inspired to be an actress.

In 2020, Divya Rao entered the Telugu entertainment industry through the movies such as Degree College and Third class. The movie Third class is a romantic movie; it's about how two lovers face difficulty fulfilling their love because of disparity in their social status. The movie Degree College is also based on the same lines, but the issue of caste has been highlighted here. Both the roles were received well by the audience.

She has also worked in Nan Hendthi MBBS, where she played the role of Geetha, who dreamed of being a doctor, but got married to a boy (Sanju). Another show she has worked on is Jodi Hakki, where she played a negative character, Sonakshi. Playing a negative character was something new and challenging for her. She has a pet and shares her photos with her pet on social media.
