, directed by Sakthivel. The story is about Annalakshmi, who belongs to the weaving community. Vaani (M. Farina Azad) and Annalakshmi (Sree Nithi) are village belle and daughters of Ramasamy (M. Ramasamy), residing in Kanchipuram. Vaani is unable to speak or hear anything while Annalakshmi earns her livelihood by weaving clothes. Annam has a positive and simple lifestyle.
She takes it on herself to keep the tradition alive. However, the way ahead is full of hurdles but she decides not to back off. The main antagonist of the show is Nakshatra (Angana Roy) who is an NRI with her roots in Kanchipuram. She aspires to popularize Kanchipuram's handlooms across the world. The story will take the audience on a journey through the struggles of a weaver family and their battle to revive the fading art of traditional weaving. The audience will witness the perfect portrayal of artists' life and the hardships they face.
