Tamil Tv Serial Mayil

Mayil is the Tamil-dubbed version of the Hindi series Imlie that aired on Star Plus. It aired on Colors Tamil from Monday to Saturday at 8 pm.

Mayil’s mother gets pregnant with her after spending a night with a man. Following this, the villagers created a rule that if a man and a woman spend a night together, they should get married. A biggie in the village becomes Mayil’s father figure. Aditya is a reporter. He is in love with a girl who is supposed to be Mayil’s half-sister. Aditya visits Mayil’s village, and she helps her. Due to heavy rain and storms, they had to stay in a hut together. The villagers who find it out force Aditya to marry Mayil. As they will kill him if he disagrees, Mayil marries him. Soon, he takes her to his place. But she introduces herself as a maid. Soon, Adi marries his lover, Mayil’s half-sister. She feels disheartened to see her husband married. After seeing Mayil’s good nature, Adi reveals to his wife that Mayil is his first wife. What happens next? Was she able to accept it? The rest of the story tells about the lives of the trio.
