Tamil Tv Serial Kudumbam

Kudumbam is a Tamil series that started airing on Sun TV on 24th March 1999 and went off air on 5th October 2001. It was produced by Balaji Telefilms of Jeetendra.

Muthaiah and Mahalakshmi are husband and wife. Archana is the youngest sister in the family. Rajesh, Prem, and Mouli are Archana’s brothers. Rajesh is the elder son in the family. He is married and has two children. Writer Vishwanathan has a sister, Soundarya. She is an advocate. Prem and Soundarya’s marriage is fixed. They started moving closer, and Prem’s family considered Soundarya as one of their family member. Mouli is in love with a girl. Unfortunately, Prem dies in an accident. None of the family members was able to bear his loss, especially Prem’s mother and Soundarya. Prem’s mother had always considered her as her daughter-in-law, and still sees her. Her health deteriorates in Prem’s memory. In a turn of events, Soundarya and Mouli had to tie the knot for their family. Although they don’t have interest in each other, they sacrificed themselves for their family. What happened next? Will they unite as a husband and wife or move as friends?
