The show aired a total of 28 episodes, starting from 7th July 2018 to 13th October 2018. The Sixth sense is a game where only two individuals/two teams have the provision to participate. The game consists of three rounds. The first round is the visual round, the second round is the sound/hearing round, and the final round is based on the contestant's smell, taste, and touch capabilities. The catch is that the host tricks the contestant, but the contestant should follow their ‘sixth sense’ and win the prize. The initial two rounds are first to guess and answer basis. The first contestant to answer correctly will get 100 points.

Each of the first two rounds offers a total of 400 points. If both the contestants end up on equal points in any round, that round goes to a tie-breaker. The first round is a visual round. A video clip/footage from some movie is played, and a question is asked. In the second round, a foreigner listens to a Kannada song and tries to sing or hum the music, and the contestants should churn their memory of soundtracks and should be able to answer the correct song. In the final round, contestants are blindfolded; three items will be given to them, one to taste, one to smell, and one to touch/feel; the contestants should guess them in just 45 seconds, for each correct guess/answer they get 100 points. The winners of the first two rounds get a chance to win prizes up to Rs.1 lakh. While the contestant having the maximum points from all the three rounds added will qualify to play the final round of that particular episode. The final round promises up to Rs.10 lakhs prize money.
