The productions were located in Bengaluru (India) with a multi-camera setup. Every week, the contestants got eliminated, and the best performers were qualified for the following stages. Ultimately, the battle for the trophy with a cash prize boiled down to five participants in Zee Kannada's show. The judging panel and public voting decide the final winner of the title. Vishwaprasad won the title for Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil champs season 14, claiming the trophy and a cash prize of 5 lack rupees. Gnanesh & Keerthana banged the positions as the two runner-ups for the same, winning the cash prize of 2 lack rupees each.
