The plot of the serial focuses in the relationship between a husband and his wife. The husband named Gurumurthy, his wife Subbalakshmi along with their young son named Atharva lived in Bangalore, where Gurumurthy worked in a top company.

After moving to a posh area in Bangalore, Subbalakshmi remained down to earth. Being in a reputed company, Gurumurthy believed in showcasing himself as a ‘City-man' and, he was not happy with his wife's behavior of being simple and straightforward. The man, in turn, was attracted to his secretary named, Shanaya, who works in his office. The wife treated and thinks that his husband was an epitome of Shri Ram. Now, the rest part stays that how the wife will save her husband and her family from destroying.
