. Her father thinks that having a girl child is a burden. Geetha wants to prove her father wrong and is working hard to thrive in the world. She goes to a college where a guy named Vijay is threatening her. He cheats in the examination and never listens to anyone. Later Geetha wants to teach him a lesson and wants him to stop cheating. The principal tells her that Vijay is from a very rich family, and she should stay away from him. However, Geetha teaches a lesson to Vijay. Vijay’s father praises Geetha for teaching his son a lesson and making him pay for the things he did.
Later, Geetha's father asks her to drop out of college and stay at home. She cries a lot. On the result day, Vijay is shocked when he finds out that he failed the exam. After that, Vijay makes a plan to teach Geetha a lesson. He wants to take revenge in front of the whole college. Vijay asks Geetha to apologize by falling on his feet and Geetha does the same. Later, they both get married. They don't love each other but do things just for the happiness of their family members. They play the game of a happy couple and hate each other. The rest of the story shows how they led their life.
