Himmat is recalled for a case of an attaché counselor honey-trapped in Colombo. The counselor kills himself when exposed. Himmat partners with his college friend Vijay, an ex-army officer. They are assigned to eliminate a rogue ex-RAW officer Maninder and recover documents. They learn Maninder went to London and is connected to a wider conspiracy involving international players. Vijay goes to Colombo, Himmat to London but both missions fail as suspects evade capture or die. With no leads, they return to Delhi.

Himmat realizes Anita is a mole for the conspirators. She reveals that Maninder is in Ukraine. In Kyiv, Himmat captures a woman but Maninder abducts Vijay. Confronting Maninder at a factory, Vijay is killed. Himmat kills Maninder on a flight to Dubai and recovers the documents. Back in Delhi, Himmat executes Anita for her betrayal and Vijay's death. Later, he makes a deal to eliminate the conspiracy mastermind. Himmat is reinstated but apologizes to Vijay's mother for his death. In the present, Himmat gets a call for help from an abducted agent.
