Asur is an Indian Hindi language web series. The series is a crime mystery thriller which is a very popular genre in both, television as well as movies. The case is of a brutal serial killer who murders people brutally and leaves behind mysterious leads to baffle the authorities so that they never find him. He also talks about various mythological stories and characters which furthers complicates the case. As the case turns more and more complicated and more bodies start piling up, Nikhil takes help from Dhananjay Rajpoot, his mentor and a person he hugely respects. Both of them begin their investigation and start looking at various hints that the killer has left behind to solve the puzzle. The rest of the show is a cat-and-mouse chase between team Nikhil and Dhananjay and the serial killer, who continues his bloody desires.
