The story is of Rana Naidu, the go-to problem solver of the elites of Mumbai. Rana solves their problem at the snap of his finger and is passionate about his work. Due to this, he fails to establish a strong bond with his family, which are his wife and two kids. He has two brothers: Tej Naidu and Pawan Naidu or Jaffa. His life takes a drastic turn with the entry of his father, Naga Naidu, who was in prison for 15 years for a crime Naga Naidu never did. After his return, Naga Naidu decided to become the ideal father of his three sons, which he failed to be earlier. Thus, he started reconciling with the other members of the family other than Rana. In between all this, Rana gets introduced to many family secrets and conflicts, which makes him realize that the only issue Rana can't fix is his issues.

Apart from showcasing broken family dynamics, the makers of the series have filled it with guns, drugs, sexual content, and foul language, which makes it 'A' rated content. The series shows the contradictory nature of Rana, who was unhappy with his father's negligence towards him and his brothers when he was doing the same by putting his family at the end of the priority list. The series has shown a good equation between Rana and his subordinates but doesn't do justice to the backstory of most of the side characters, like Lara and Srini, the teammates of Rana Naidu. The characterization of Rana, Naga, and Jaffa is intense, glorifying and gripping. Venkatesh Daggubati, playing Naga, has a hint of shadiness in his character, making him unpredictable. Jaffa's portrayal by Abhishek Banerjee keeps you rooted, and Rana Daggubati, playing Rana Naidu, glows and growls throughout the web series.
