Speechless is an American sitcom that aired on ABC channel every Friday at 8:30 pm EST. It was created by Scott Silveri under the production companies Silver and Gold productions, The Detective Agency, ABC Studios, and 20th Century Fox Television. The series ran for three seasons, where the first season had 23 episodes, the second had 18 episodes, and the third season had 22 episodes.

He i >> Read More... . Speechless series revolves around JJ DiMeo, a high-schooler with cerebral palsy. He can’t talk, hence the name speechless, but uses a board on his wheelchair with the alphabet and numbers to communicate.

His mom, Maya, gets anxious about her eldest son and does everything she can to provide the best facilities for him. Jimmy is the father who works as a supervisor of baggage handlers at an airport. The youngest child is Dylan, an athletic girl, and the middle one is Ray. Dylan enjoys mocking her elder brother Ray. Despite his impairments, JJ is a typical teenager with irritability and has a propensity to throw witty remarks. The family of five moves into the cheapest house in a rich neighborhood to be close to a school that accepts JJ and offers to provide him with a “voice”. The school appoints Kenneth, a talented singer, to help JJ communicate. With both their parents worrying about JJ, Ray and Dylan feel neglected. Speechless is received very well by the audience both for the shattering reality of it and for depicting the comedic angle of their flaws.
