“Umar Sansar”, is a thriller drama serial that was broadcasted on Aakash Aath and revolves around a young woman named Uma. Uma is the elder daughter-in-law of a joint family. When her elder sister-in-law suffers from such immense trauma that renders her mentally disturbed for the rest of her life, Uma makes it her personal mission to investigate the case and find out the culprit behind the whole attack. Her family obviously warns her to not try anything dangerous and try to hold her back from doing anything that can cause her harm but she pays no heed to their words. She is portrayed as a strong, determined, and stubborn woman who is set upon finding the culprit behind her sister-in-law's mental health condition.
