A middle-aged blind man named Surya has a personal tale to tell. He served as their companion, mentor, and buddy. His IQ was 200, and he had extensive experience investigating crimes. The officer had been placed on administrative leave while awaiting the results of a Departmental Inquiry. He provided a lot of advice to CB units during investigating cases when they felt they were at a dead end. Surya's quick thinking allowed him to visualize the crime scene using only the team's facts and to provide them with insightful explanations. Even though he assisted the teams informally, the teams didn't answer him but sought his guidance.
