Soudamini Re Sansara is a Bengali television drama that premiered on June 17, 2019. The show aired on Zee Bangla and is now available on the OTT playlist ZEE5. The story is set in the 1950s and revolves around an orphan girl, Soudamini. As we delve into the world of this young, resilient girl, we see her story through her eyes. Soudamini marries Shankar in childhood. Soudamini, in her past life, brings harmony to her in-laws but dies prematurely. In her next life as Mini Mukherjee, she returns to the same home and rescues family treasures. She later marries Shankar and goes to Kolkata.

The story begins with portraying Soudamini, living with her grandfather in Khoerkota village. Soudamini, married to Shankar, tries to end the family feud. Despite facing challenges with her mother-in-law and Annakali, her aunt-in-law, Soudamini brings peace to the household, bringing the family members closer than ever.

And from here comes some happy times of the family, comedic events, puja celebrations, and fun competitions, that portray the charm of old Bengali village life. Soon, Soudamini's friend Phuli marries her brother-in-law Dhana. Facing financial issues, Soudamini, Dhana, Gansha, and Lakshmi secretly organize a successful Jatradol to support the family. However, the story takes a twist, and complications arise when Shankar develops a crush on Jatralakshmi, unaware that she is Soudamini. Upon the revelation, the family is angered. They even ask Soudamini to leave. Will Shankar be able to get her back? The rest of the story deals with that.
