It starts with an opening song “Call the koala brothers” in instrumental form.

The story mainly narrates two main and important characters namely “ Frank Click to look into! >> Read More... ” and “Buster”. They always seek to help their neighbors in the sleepy town in the Australian outbreak. The series starts with the opening song and ends with the closing song “The Helping Song”. In the ending song, all the characters in the story gather at koala brother’s house and sing about always trying to help nature and caring for one another. There are various characters which love the nature of koala brothers and are close to them. The character names include Frank, who is a pilot of the plane. Buster, who sits behind Frank and sees through his telescope to spot friends in need from the air. Mitzi, the possum. Ned is a wombat who is the youngest in the community and lives next door to the koala brothers.

George is a tortoise who is a mail carrier, Sammy who owns a local general store and sells fuel. Alice is a platypus who rides on a green motor scooter. Josie, a kangaroo, works at a general store and finally Lolly who is an ice cream vendor. The story starts with “Archie’s new home”, where the crocodile moves into his old house, but nobody comes to his party. Then, koala brothers find the reason for his disappointment and help him by gathering all the people to his home and makes him celebrate his entering into the house.

Likewise, “A letter to George”, in which a tortoise, who is a mail carrier, gives letters to all the people in the community, but he never gets one. Then these brothers make all the people to write letters to George and make him happy. They even help him in finding the letter he once lost. In this way, both these brothers assist the people in the community and make everyone happy with their helping nature. Hence, this story was a big success in all the countries, where it has been released. The episode formats change a bit, but all the emotions such as jealousy, hatred, fear, etc are the same.

The main quality of the series is that, although there are differences of opinion and instances of anti-social behaviour, there are no villains or disagreeable characters. It’s a good story for entertaining children as it forecasts that helping nature has to be inculcated. It always serves better.
