In Jodha Akbar series, she donned the character of Shehnaaz, a very spiritual girl who believes in both the Muslim and Hindu traditions. Her character was clouded with mystery, and she played it very well gaining the love of the audience. She loves dancing though not yet trained in it. She eagerly wants to dance professionally.
She had participated in all dance competitions in her school and college days but couldn't carry it forward after that. She is a big fan of Shahid Kapoor and also says that she would love to date him. She was last seen in series 'Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls' which was aired on '&TV'.
This series was an Indian Tv series based on a novel, Those Pricey Thakur Girls, (the novel was a hit too). Shilpa Raizada portrayed the role of Binodini in this. The show went off the air in October 2015.
