Ulta Pulta is a famous satirical comedy show which used to air on DD National. It is the brainchild of JaspalBhatti, who is a renowned humorist as well as a satire specialist. He helmed numerous shows through the years, all of which are satirical in nature.

JaspalBhatti also got featured in the movie Fanaa, where he played the role of Jolly Good Singh, a guard. He has also acted in the film Koi Mere Dil Se Poochhe, where he fulfilled the character of a humorous college principal. Also, he has performed in the Punjabi comedy film titled Jijaji.
