Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na is a story about a 24 year-old girl Aastha born in a middle class family. Aastha works in a five star hotel and she loves her parents and three siblings very much. Being the eldest daughter, her father decided to arrange her marriage, but Aastha rejects after knowing that her brother, on whom family is depended for earning after her marriage has other plans. He wants to go to America and wanted to settle down there itself without caring about the family. But things changed and her dilemma begins when the hotel Owner Shubh Ranawat fall in love with Aastha and comes to her father with a marriage proposal and Shubh assures that he will take care of her family and her she agrees to marry him. After marriage, being a wealthy and rich family’s Bahu by having her own deities, in which she gets stuck and finds hard to manage between her Maayka and Sasural.
Later, a twist happens on the show, when Aastha gets kidnapped and her look alike Payal takes her place. She starts destroying the relationship of Aastha and Shubh as Payal falls in love with Shubh’s brother Swayam who also likes Aastha. Because of Payal, war between Shubh and Swayam started, but Payal’s plan seems to be failing as Swayam knows the truth. Payal was so ambitious in her plan and kills Swayam. Later on, Payal was about to re-marry Shubh but the kidnappers bring Aastha and truth reveals. Initially, Shubh doesn’t believe her, but he finds the truth afterwards. They lived happily after Payal chapter is closed.
The show was based on a concept that does daughter‘s reasonability towards her parents end once she gets married and if a daughter want to support her family is it wrong? The serial was a big hit and was quite famous among the female audience.
