The story is based on substance abuse and by a new generation that embraces drugs.
Powder presents a war that is no longer based on weapons, gun shots or crimes. The action starts from a drug lord named Naved Ansari and Usmaan Malik, an honest man and the leader of Narcotics Control Bureau.
