Vijay Kashyap is a very talented veteran actor, who has worked in many Hindi movies and television serials. In 1984, he was seen in epic movie Gandhi, which was based on the biography of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. He also played Dr. Bhatt in Mahesh Bhatt’s Flimfare Award winning movie Saraansh, which released in 1984. In 1991, he worked in movie Diksha which was based on Jnanapith Dr. U. R. Anantha Murthy’s story Ghattasharddha. He played the character of Manjunath in this movie. This film won National Award for the Best Hindi Film in 1991. In Hindi television, he played a Bengali neighbor in a popular TV show ‘Yeh Jo Hai Jindagi’, which aired on Doordarshan in the year 1984. He was also seen as Tenali Rama on Doordarshan. In Sony TV’s serial Babul Ka Aangan Chootey Na, he appeared as Purendu Joshi. He was also a part of Sridevi starrer comedy series Malini Iyer (2004) on Sahara One. Recently, he was seen playing the role of Kritika Kamra’s father Col. Yograj Verma in famous TV serial Kuch Toh Log Kahenge on Sony TV. The actor V.I.P. made his debut as a comedy actor in the fun-filled popular show known as ‘Comedy Circus'. Although the show had taken off in the year 2007 first, V.I.P. got a chance to appear in the first and second season. V.I.P and his co-actress, Juhi Parmar, won the title. In the same year, for another episode which was titled as ‘Kaante Ki Takkar’, V.I.P retained his crown along with three more artists namely Swapnil Joshi, Rajesh Kumar and Rajiv Nigam. Vijay Krishnaraj is an actor of Indian origin who has enlightened the audience with his skills of acting. He has been part of many television soap operas and films in Tamil industry. This time he portrayed a darker character where he along with his friends rapes the protagonist's wife, Raasathi, and then gets killed for his sins by the revenge-seeking husband who plays a military officer in the movie. The lead cast comprises of Vijaykanth and Gouthami. During the mid-2000 period, the actor played a side-role in 'Kovai Brothers' opposite Sathyaraj, Nimitha and Sibiraj who are famous Tamil comedians. It was a comedy movie but was bashed by the critics. Most recently, the Chennai-born actor was seen acting in a Tamil television serial named 'Bommalattam' which aired on Sun TV each day excluding Sunday. The four-year long soap opera finally came to an end last year in October.
