In his last breath, a man severely affected by the cops asks his son Arivazhagan to become the police. Arivazhagan works hard to become a policeman to fulfill his dad's final wish. Arivu had to face a few bad cops on the training grounds as a recruit. Muthupandi and Eshwara Moorthy torture the recruits during the parade training. Arivu started questioning Muthupandi and Eshwara Moorthy, which made them plan to crush his dream of becoming a cop. Will Arivu become a cop? The rest of the story deals with if he dons Khaki.
Vikram lived as Arivu, a son who longs to fulfill his father's wish. Lal and Madhusudhan Rao excelled in their roles as cruel cops. MS Bhaskar impresses the audience with his experienced performance. The rest of the stars had done their part well.
After Sigaram Thodu, Vikram Prabhu dons the cop's cap for Taanaakkaran. Directed by Tamizh, the film rips off the masks of some cruel cops who torture the recruits in the name of training. The screenplay is neat, and the execution is perfect. Vikram fits well in the role and the antagonists too. The casting team should be well appreciated for picking the right stars. The BGM is excellent, and the visuals are incredibly captured.
What's Not There?
This film will be a treat for the people who had been longing for a good movie from Vikram Prabhu, who impressed them in " Kumki This is a film that yesteryear actor like M G Rama >> Read More... " and Ivan Vera Mathiri. Taanaakkaran is a good watch for the soulful performances and incredible filming!
