Plot
Prabhakar is an auto-rickshaw driver. Though he is interested in studies, his father was unable to spend for his higher education. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam is his role model. Prabhakar is not satisfied with his life. Accidentally, he meets the younger version of Dr Kalam, after which his life changes drastically. What did he do with Dr Kalam? The rest of the film speaks about his journey with Dr Kalam.
Star Performance
Naga Vishal’s performance is top-notch. His dialogue delivery and body language are excellent. Visvath did a decent job as Prabhakar. Kathadi Ramamurthy was seen as Dr Kalam’s friend, performed well in his limited screen time. Sunaina has nothing significant to do.
Analysis
The script is a bit different and it looks unique. Unlike the regular time travel films, Rocket Driver has a different screenplay and proper sequences. The characters are developed well and right stars are fixed for the roles. However, Sunaina’s role should have been developed better. The visuals are pretty decent and the BGM is good enough to elevate the scenes.
