Plot

Maran is married and he has three kids. When he searches for a rented house, none is ready to rent the house for a five-member family. Maran was searching for a house with Rs. 3500 rent. At last, a house owner is ready to rent his house for the amount quoted by Maran, but he laid a condition that there should only be four members in their family. So, Maran hides his third kid. He puts his youngest son in a box and took him to school and does the same while returning from the school. Meanwhile, Shiva, who lives in the same compound, loves the house owner’s daughter. Maran feels it as a tedious job to hide his kid. How could a person prolong with this? Did the house owner catch Maran red-handed? Watch the film in theaters!

Star Performance

As usual, Kishore had played his part extremely well. Latha Rao matched him. Karunakaran delivered a natural performance.

Analysis

The script is not new, but the director had tried to explain the difficulties faced by the tenants. Not all the house owners lay severe conditions, but many do. The casting team had chosen the talented stars and the director had brought out the best from them. The music by Sam CS is good.

Verdict

The film might not suit all the class audiences and the youngsters. For the people, who love to watch the middle-class families’ lifestyle, this might be good.
