Plot
Vasu and Radha are the senior couples, who are living in Chennai. Vasu is a retired military officer. He has Alzheimer’s. As he forgets the present situation most of the time and speaks about the past, Radha finds it tough to manage him. He even forgets Radha’s face at present and talks to her about the young Radha, who still lives in his mind. Did he get cured? What happened to them during the Chennai floods? Watch the film in theaters!
Star Performance
Either it is Sriranjani or Kishore, we couldn’t judge who the best performer is. Both of them had played excellently well. Master Kishore and Lovelyn did their best as the young roles of Kishore and Sriranjani. Their chemistry is astounding.
Analysis
Lakshmy Ramakrishnan… what a lady, she is! What a screenplay! She had penned it perfectly and had executed it excellently. Usually, Lakshmy’s movies give importance to human feelings. House Owner has the same emotional content. Lakshmy has brought a great script and managed well to shuffle between the present and the past. Her casting is beautiful! Characterization is extraordinary and the artists impress the audience. With the unpredictable screenplay, the film makes the audience glued to the seats. House Owner is neither a thriller nor a horror film, but it engages the viewers with its simple content about the bonding between the husband and wife. Love and affection will never die even though the person, whom we love couldn’t identify us. This is proved in House Owner. The visuals are fantastic and the music by Ghibran is mind-blowing. If Lakshmy’s script is a house, then the visuals and music are the strong pillars.

With the simple and beautiful script that has love, emotion and sentiment for the immovable things, House Owner impresses. This film could be addressed as Lakshmy’s best venture, to date.
